Regional Semi-Annual Service Agreement Our key objective is to ensure our customer’s operational success when using Pearson Packaging Systems equipment. The key success factors are ensuring the machine remains set-up and tuned for the customers run time environment; second is to ensure our customer’s stay proficient with the machine operations and change over capabilities, even with assumed turnover of operators; third is to ensure the maintenance staff has a clear understanding of the machine’s theory of operation, so they can quickly isolate material issues from machine issues and take the appropriate actions; and fourth is to limit unplanned down time associated to failure of critical components through pro-active machine evaluations and tune-ups by Pearson Service Personnel. To help our customers meet these key success factors Pearson Packaging offers Semi-Annual Service Visits to provide regularly scheduled service by a regional qualified service support technician for the purpose of completing machine evaluations/tune-ups and training of both operator and maintenance personnel.
