Regional Quarterly Service Agreement................................. Our key objective is to ensure our customer’s operational success when using Pearson Packaging Systems equipment. The key success factors are to ensure the machine remains set-up and tuned for the customers run time environment; second is to ensure our customer’s stay proficient with the machine operations and change over capabilities, even with assumed turnover of operators; third is to ensure the maintenance staff has a clear understanding of the machine’s theory of operation, so they can quickly isolate material issues from machine issues and take the appropriate actions; and fourth is to limit unplanned down time associated to failure of critical components through pro-active machine evaluations and tune-ups by Pearson Service Personnel. To help our customers meet these key success factors Pearson Packaging Systems offers Quarterly Service Visits to provide regularly scheduled service by a regional qualified service support technician for the purpose of completing machine evaluations/tune-ups and training of both operator and maintenance personnel.
